La cantautora británica de soul Jess Glynne causó sensación en 2014 con sendas participaciones en dos temas que llegaron al número uno del ranking del Reino Unido, "Rather Be" de Clean Bandit y "My Love" de Route 94. En 2015 llega en cambio el turno de su álbum debut como solista, I Cry When I Laugh, publicado por Atlantic Records.
