Tras el éxito de su debut de 2005, Eye to the Telescope, KT Tunstall podría haber sucumbido a las corrientes subterráneas del álbum, o podría haber seguido las inclinaciones más brillantes, más pop de "Black Horse & the Cherry Tree" y "Suddenly I See".
