Fidel Castro
Bay Area rapper Fidel Castro, a.k.a. the Playa Dictator, was born and raised in Vallejo, CA; after first emerging as a member of the little-known Raw Deal, he signed on as a talent scout with the Bay Rider label before making his solo debut with 1999's Absolute Power.
