Pascale Picard
A Quebec-based -- yet English-singing --folk-rock artist, Pascale Picard released her debut Anglophone album, Me, Myself & Us, in 2007. Her band, known simply as the Pascale Picard Band, featured the talents of Mathieu Cantin (guitar), Philippe Morissette (bass), and Stephane Rancourt (drums). Picard and her band spent a good deal of 2007 promoting the album through single releases and video appearances, as well as live shows including an appearance at the Much More Music weekend. In 2008, the album Gate 22 was released. It would be another four years till the next album, A Letter to No One, would be released.
