Márcio Faraco
Brazilian-born, Paris-based singer and guitarist Márcio Faraco is recognized for his refined synthesis of bossa nova, samba, jazz, Portuguese fado, and Francophile pop traditions. He emerged in the 1990s and has released a handful of well-regarded albums, including 2000's Ciranda, 2007's Invento, and 2014's Cajueiro. The full-length L'Électricien de la Ville Lumière appeared in 2021, followed by singles like 2024's "Couleur Sépia."
