Topp Dogg

Xeno-T, originally known as Topp Dogg, was a South Korean boy band formed in 2013 by talent agency Stardom Entertainment. The group, consisting of Hojoon, Sangdo, B-Joo, Xero, and Sangwon, underwent several lineup changes over their career. Initially a thirteen-member ensemble, they later moved to Hunus Entertainment after Stardom's merger. Xeno-T made their debut under the name Topp Dogg on October 22, 2013, with the music video "Follow Me" and the EP Dogg's Out. This debut was preceded by mixtapes released in March and April 2012. The group's first extended play was followed by a repackaged version featuring the track "Cigarette." In 2014, they released the EPs Arario and AmadeuS. The group celebrated their first anniversary with the release of the song "Annie." In 2015, amidst lineup changes, they released their EP The Beat, reaching number 8 on the Circle Albums Chart. Member Seogoong transitioned to the sub-unit Under Dogg in early 2015, with others like Kidoh and Gohn filing lawsuits against the company for career mismanagement. The group's first studio album, First Street, was released in 2016 as a nine-member band following Jenissi's departure. Further changes occurred in 2017, with members A-Tom, Hansol, P-Goon, and Nakta leaving the group. The remaining members participated in the reality television series The Unit. In 2018, the group was rebranded as XENO-T and debuted in Japan with the single "Dokoni Itemo." Throughout their career, Xeno-T was nominated for various awards such as the Best Korean Act at the 2014 MTV Europe Music Awards. They also won the Best Rookie Award at the 21st Republic of Korea Entertainment Art Awards.
