A French rapper, Mayo (who hides his true identity behind this pseudonym) spent a few years in his native Congo before settling in Stains, Seine-Saint-Denis. He made his appearance on the French rap scene in 2018 as a guest on a Fianso track, "Vif", included on the album 93 Empire . He then released his debut album two years later. Tout pour Nous attracts attention thanks to the names of its collaborators: Kaaris, Alkpote and Franglish. This gave him the credibility he needed to develop the album Yoski in 2021. He also convinced Guy2Bezbar, RSKO and Orisha to take part in its creation. At the end of 2023, he offers a follow-up to this project: Yoski 2, with contributions from Ninho, Maes, Niska and Uzi. The album attracts guests and fans alike, reaching number 85 on the French sales charts.
