Brenda Bezares

Brenda Bezares, born Brenda Yamilé Jiménez Loya on April 26, 1966, in Monterrey, Nuevo León, is a versatile Mexican actress, singer, TV hostess, and former model. She began her career at just 13, modeling for prestigious designers and starring in advertising campaigns. Her passion for the arts led her to study classical dance and acting, participating in university-level musical productions like Vaselina and Cabaret. In 1989, she was crowned Miss Nuevo León, which opened doors to roles in telenovelas in the U.S. and Venezuela, as well as opportunities to host several TV programs in Monterrey. After returning to Mexico in 2007, she became a prominent figure on Multimedios Televisión, hosting Vivalavi until 2010. In 2012, Brenda launched her music career with her debut album Sueños Cumplidos, featuring the singles "Demasiado Fuerte" and "Yo ya me voy." Alongside her musical ventures, she published her autobiography Demasiado Fuerte: La novela, where she shared her personal and professional experiences. Brenda Bezares’ life took a spiritual turn after facing personal struggles, including her husband's legal troubles and her own health battle with a pulmonary embolism in 2013. In the years that followed, she continues to inspire as a performer and radio host, alongside her husband, Mario Bezares.
