Tontxu
Singer/songwriter Tontxu (born J. Antonio Ipiña) got involved in music after composing his first song at the age of 11, later becoming a radio station programmer and announcer. After moving to Madrid, Tontxu started touring the local club circuit, having the opportunity to make his first record in 1997. Se Vende was produced by Javier Monforte and Gonzalo Benavides. Corazón de Mudanza followed in 1998. Inspired by Cuban nueva trova and prominent Spanish songwriters, Tontxu returned in 2000 with Con Un Canto En Los Dientes, recording Tontxu Básico in 2001.
