Mucho Macho

After being involved in the local club scene during the mid-'80s, British DJs Tim Punter and Neil Dunford decided to create a project called Mucho Macho, name based on Beastie Boys' video "Sabotage," making their debut with the release of "She Devils," followed by "Eric B Is on a Cat." Mucho Macho's first album, called The Limehouse Link, was recorded in 1998. A year later, the experimental duet moved to the U.S. to participate in the Miami Dance Conference, having the opportunity to play along with Gus Gus at a prestigious club in South Beach. Their second album, Death at Wild Onion Drive, was released in June of 2000.
