Nao means now!

After two remarkable EPs (So Good in 2014 and February 15 in 2015), Neo Jessica Joshua, aka Nao, has finally released her first album! For All We Know is an exploration in soul, which Nao artfully dips into funk, electro, pop and R&B. Originally from Nottingham but based in East London, Nao is not the first person to blend these precious ingredients together, but she manages to pull the mix off with originality and aplomb. Her sounds are futuristic, as she puts her sensual voice to work over a delicate yet powerful arrangement. At her beginnings, the ex-backing singer for Jarvis Cocker sang for Disclosure's Superego, but now she's taking that style elsewhere and making it all her own.
