Nick Hissom
Electronic pop producer and singer/songwriter Nicholas Robert Danenza Hissom was born in London to American parents. Growing up in England and attending school in Switzerland, he was exposed to different cultures from a young age. While at the Institut Le Rosey, he began songwriting with classmates. In 2012, he reached out to Denver-area DJs/producers Manufactured Superstars. Their first collaborative single, "Killin' Tonight," debuted that year and he embarked on his first tour with the production duo. His next single, "If I Die Young," a propulsive house anthem packaged in a pop song, was produced by Mick Schultz (Rihanna, Jeremih). Hissom signed with Larry Rudolph (Britney Spears, Miley Cyrus) and began recording his debut EP. Preceded by the lead single "Where You Are," Love Energy was released in 2016.
