Motorbass
French DJs Phillippe Zdar and Étienne de Crécy formed the duo called Motorbass in Paris in the mid-1990s to produce house remixes of hits from the 1970s. They produced two albums by Senegalese rapper MC Solaar and then released the singles 'Motorbass' and 'Transfunk'. Popular in the disco era in Paris, their album 'Pansoul' came out in 1996 with tracks such as 'Les Ondes', 'Ezio' and 'Fabulous'. Zdar went on to collaborate with Cassius and La Funk Mob while de Crécy has made albums in the 'Super Discount' series.
