Era Classics is the fifth studio recording by French new age music project Era. Here Era's mastermind, Eric Levi, chose to step away from his creative formula of mixing Gregorian chants with atmospheric electronica that had served him well for four records, and opted instead to adapt a number of works by classical composers into his new age style. He chose works by Bach, Mahler, Vivaldi, and many others. Classics was issued in 2009, and a year later, Levi released Classics, Vol. 2.
