The Angry Kids
Canadian club/dance auteurs the Angry Kids, originally comprised of Toronto-based artists Beckstein, Tom da Bomb, and ry2K, emerged in the early 2000s with their version of A Flock of Seagulls' 1982 hit, "I Ran (So Far Away)." They were signed to Dance Street Records, Water Music, and Magic Records in the spring of 2007 on the strength of the single and its subsequent remixes. Around 2010, Tom da Bomb left the band leaving Beckstein and ry2K to continue as a duo.
