Molly Brazy

Detroit rapper Molly Brazy used social media to gain exposure for her sharp and ruthless rap performances. After amassing hundreds of thousands of followers on various platforms, her rap career began taking off with mixtapes like 2019's Built to Last. Brazy was born in Detroit in 1999 and grew up there. She first dabbled with music through posting videos of her freestyles on her various social media channels. The seeds of some unpolished talent were apparent in those videos, and hype from her content eventually led to significant exposure on YouTube hip-hop channel 4Sho Magazine. 4Sho regularly featured new tracks from Brazy beginning in 2016, and the rapper’s profile grew significantly. In 2017 she released her first mixtape, Molly World. Her career escalated from there on, with second mixtape Big Brazy coming out in the same calendar year and featuring a collaboration with storied rap legend Trina. 2018 saw the release of Queen Pin, and 2019's Built to Last included a song with fellow Detroit rapper Kash Doll. Along the way Brazy worked on songs with Rocaine, RJ Lamont, BandGang, and others.
