Lil Eazzyy

A Chicago rapper with a highly focused, determined flow, Lil Eazzyy details his experiences with drugs and violence through tracks which range from hard-hitting drill to melodic, Auto-Tuned trap. He emerged in 2020 with the viral hit "Onna Come Up," which kicked off his debut EP Underrated. After 2021's Rookie of the Year mixtape, he made his full-length debut with 2022's Too Eazzyy. Lil Eazzyy grew up in the south side of Chicago but moved to the suburbs with his mother as a youth. He got into hip-hop through Chicago rappers like G Herbo and Chief Keef, and gradually started taking his rapping skills seriously. By the time he was a senior in high school, he was spending as much time as possible in recording studios. He began releasing singles in 2020, and his track "Onna Come Up," which originated as a freestyle recorded in a car, became a viral success and attracted major-label interest. The song appeared on his debut EP, Underrated. Eazzyy then issued the 2021 mixtape Rookie of the Year followed by his debut album. Released in 2022, Too Eazzyy featured guest spots from Shoebox Baby and NLE Choppa.
