Darshan Raval

A singer and songwriter who balanced a career in Bollywood with a string of pop hits unaffiliated to any cinematic efforts, Darshan Raval was born October 18, 1994 in Ahmedabad, India. He first came to national attention on the competitive singing show India’s Raw Star, though he began performing songs in films in 2013 when he was one of the singers on “Chakad Chu Chi Chi” for Koi Ne Kehsho Nahi. As his film career grew busier, he also began a career as a pop star writing and performing tracks like 2014’s “Pehli Mohabbat” and 2016’s “Tu Dua Hai”. His 2017 single “Tera Zikr” became a smash online and his profile expanded when he appeared on that year on the Ahmedabad Times list of the most desirable men. Songs like 2018’s “Do Din” and 2019’s “Kaash Aisa Hota” kept him in the public’s love. His very busy 2020 included the release of his debut LP, Judaiyaan, which included the tracks “Barsaat” and “Maa”. In 2021 he was back on the Indian pop charts with “Shab Tum Ho”.
