The debut full-length album from Summer Walker, 2018's Last Day of Summer showcases the Atlanta singer/songwriter's sultry, deeply atmospheric R&B. Largely self-produced in her bedroom studio, Last Day of Summer is an intoxicating listen featuring Walker's dusky, lyrical vocals. These are slow-burn ballads and bass-rich anthems in which Walker thoughtfully addresses themes of love, sex, and female empowerment. Included on the album are the spotlight tracks "Girls Need Love," "CPR," and "Karma."
