Almost a year after declaring himself the king of R&B, Jacquees returns with his like-titled second proper album through the Cash Money label. Although the spotlight (or target) on the singer is brighter than ever, he simply continues to hone his approach, specializing as ever in slow jams with sinuous melodies that maximize the power of his thin voice. There's roughly as much star power here as there was on 4275, including Young Thung and Gunna on "Verify," Quavo on "All You Need," and T.I. on "King" (not to be confused with the featured artist's track of the same title).
