These Farmhouse Sessions bring together acoustic versions of a lot of the most important numbers in the High Valley repertoire. The Canadian duo, hailing from La Crete in Alberta probably meant to draw attention to the raw power of their writing. And so Brad et Curtis Rempel have returned to their essential roots. It's country music that rests on a deft blending of bluegrass with pop.
