Taking a turn from his K-pop duties with boy band EXO, Chinese singer/rapper Kris Wu issued his trap-laden, English-language debut, Antares, in late 2018. Channeling his inner Post Malone, Wu delivered introspective and tortured rhymes -- a stark difference from EXO's uptempo pop/dance/R&B hybrid -- along with guests Rich the Kid ("Coupe"), Jhené Aiko ("Freedom"), and Travis Scott ("Deserve"). Wu's big crossover push into the U.S. market yielded a debut at number 100 on the Billboard 200.
