Originally not intended for a public audience, the involvement of the music production duo Bad Cop Mean Cop gave the vignettes a fresh purpose. Their first album, Habits and Hindrance, arrived via Culvert Music in 2015 with soft-voiced Moon on lead vocals. They returned with the low-key "Hotels" in 2017 before releasing the more effervescent dance-pop of "The Tide" in 2018.
