Depois de tornar sua voz conhecida em 2014 com o sucesso “Rather Be”, do Clean Bandit, a cantora e compositora britânica Jess Glyne estava pronta para alçar voos mais altos. A consolidação de Glyne como um dos novos grandes nomes da música pop no Reino Unido veio em 2015, com o lançamento de seu álbum de estreia, I Cry When I Laugh. O disco foi gravado no período de três anos, com vários produtores, e foi precedido por dois singles: “Right Here” e “Real Love”, uma nova parceria com o Clean Bandit.
