Fettes Brot’s 2010 effort Brot is a live album from "Hamburg's hip-hop dinosaur," a moniker the often humorous trio came up with themselves. All the hits and fan favorites are here, from their breakthrough anthem “Nordisch by Nature” from 1994, to their 2008 single “Das Allererste Mal.” Fans who weren’t moved by the group’s flirtations with R&B will be happy to hear this live set brings back the Beastie Boys-like party attitude of Fettes Brot’s early years. This is one of two live albums the band released in 2010, the other being Fettes.
