According to our terms and conditions, the subscription to a Qobuz account is personal. The subscription is subscribed to completely equally. This is a limitation that is fixed contractually by our record companies. Our system therefore allows the use of Premium and higher subscriptions on 3 different computers or mobile "devices". Note that the "multi-room" solutions of the Sonos type are considered mobile "devices". The use of 3 different "devices" is nevertheless limited at any one time. A message informs you if a new listening connection is made at the same time as yours. Sonos is registered as one device.

You can download the album in several formats as many times as you like! Go to your account and search under "My Music" > "Downloading". After having clicked on "Go to download" from the album in question, you arrive on the page "download", and you can then select the format of your choice. Then you can download with or without the Downloader (your choice). Wait out the page load after selecting the format.

If your DAC does not read beyond the 96, Qobuz allows you the choice of sampling. Upon downloading, scroll down the ‘format’ menu. You really do have the choice, because we love freedom. You can choose the format and the quality!

The default download format is proposed based upon the environment of the OS that you use. WMA is the Windows native file, as is therefore suggested by the system you were using given that you were on Windows. But you can download the desired format and change the default setting. For example, select the Foobar2000 player, as shown in this screenshot, and the FLAC will then be set by default:

You can download as many times as you want (for which Qobuz reserves the rights) from albums you have purchased. Just go into your accounts, click on your username at the top right, and then on ‘Music’. There you will find a list of all the albums that you have purchased. You select the right ‘Download’ button and a window opens on downloads. Then simply select the format that you want. As a precaution, first delete the old files downloaded in the wrong format, and try not to mix them.
