Midnight Skyracer

Anglo-Irish bluegrass five-piece Midnight Skyracer are just as comfortable performing driving, energetic numbers as they are more serene side of the genre. Headed by the Carrivick sisters, Charlotte (guitar) and Laura (fiddle and dobro), the rest of the band formed in 2017, consisting of Tabitha Agnew (banjo), Leanne Thorose (mandolin), and Eleanor Wilkie (bass). They were quick to release their debut album, 2018's Fire. After its success, they signed to Island, going on to release their sophomore album, 2020's Shadows on the Moon, which they recorded at Peter Gabriel's Real World Studios.
