Depuis sa création à la fin des années 1950, la bossa-nova est devenue un ingrédient indispensable à la riche palette musicale brésilienne. Cette musique au fort pouvoir évocateur a conquis des artistes du monde entier et révélé des musiciens de premier ordre dont les compositions sont devenues des classiques.

Et Nirvana tua le rock

En 1987 naissait Nirvana, l’embardée punk la plus inattendue de la fin du XXe siècle. Carrière éclair, tubes éternels, engouement planétaire et épilogue tragique : et si la bande de Kurt Cobain n’était autre que le dernier grand groupe de l’histoire du rock ? A l’occasion des 30 ans de leur album culte “Nevermind”, retour sur l’histoire d’un phénomène générationnel sans pareil.

Moby, et la lumière fut

Peu nombreux sont les artistes qui, comme Moby, sont passés du punk à la techno/house puis à la pop, tout en continuant de composer de l’ambient. A l’occasion de la sortie de “Reprise”, l’album qui célèbre ses 30 ans de carrière, Qobuz revient sur la trajectoire d’un artiste qui a multiplié les contre-pieds, au point de parfois se feinter lui-même, avant d’enfin trouver une voie artistique apaisée.
