Bertrand Chamayou propose un itinéraire très personnel, un programme imaginaire dans une Vienne rêvée et disparue, comme une vision, purement fantasmée, de ce que pouvait être une Schubertiade, mais réduite au seul piano, miroir offert aux songes du pianiste toulousain. J'ai suivi de manière intuitive le cheminement de cette Schubertiade chimérique, avoue-t-il, en mêlant oeuvres majeures et pièces plus légères, où la poésie se lit en filigrane par le truchement de trois Lieder habilement transcrits pour piano solo par Franz Liszt. On se laisse volontiers prendre la main pour parcourir avec un tel guide ce beau parcours mental et affectif, construit autour de la Wanderer-Fantaisie. © François Hudry/Qobuz

Bertrand Chamayou propose un itinéraire très personnel, un programme imaginaire dans une Vienne rêvée et disparue, comme une vision, purement fantasmée, de ce que pouvait être une Schubertiade, mais réduite au seul piano, miroir offert aux songes du pianiste toulousain.
