Ediciones Singulares

Ediciones Singulares is a publishing imprint specializing in the production of stylish book-CDs which set music securely into its historical, cultural and social background and discourse. The series “Los escritores y la música”, with six titles already published and with new releases in preparation, has been acting as our means of introduction into the Spanish publishing market, and its reception there has been extremely positive. The quality of the resulting artefact created, as much on the primarily functional level (originality in design, quality of paper, in-depth editorial work…) as on the intellectual (articles commissioned from international specialists, musical performances of the highest level, illustrations drawn from sometimes little-known sources...), serves as a motivating force for the collections issued by this publishing house based in the historic location of San Lorenzo de El Escorial, in Spain.
