Considerato dalla rivista Rolling Stones uno dei piu’ bei dischi di sempre, il quattordicesimo album della celeberrima band inglese esce nell’aprile 1971 e raggiunge subito la vetta delle charts inglesi e americane, rimanendovi per diverse settimane. Contiene alcuni tra i loro brani piu’ conosciuti, tra i quali “Brown sugar”, la dolce “Wild horses”, “Can’t you hear me knocking”, “Bitch” e “Sister morphine”. Molto scalpore fece all’epoca la copertina del disco, ideata da Andy Warhol, che mostra un paio di jeans con tanto di cerniera apribile, e che in alcuni paesi venne sostituita o censurata.

Considerato dalla rivista Rolling Stones uno dei piu’ bei dischi di sempre, il quattordicesimo album della celeberrima band inglese esce nell’aprile 1971 e raggiunge subito la vetta delle charts inglesi e americane, rimanendovi per diverse settimane. Contiene alcuni tra i loro brani piu’ conosciuti, tra i quali “Brown sugar”, la dolce “Wild horses”, “Can’t you hear me knocking”, “Bitch” e “Sister morphine”. Molto scalpore fece all’epoca la copertina del disco, ideata da Andy Warhol, che mostra un paio di jeans con tanto di cerniera apribile, e che in alcuni paesi venne sostituita o censurata.
