Toni Gonzaga

Toni Gonzaga, born Celestine Cruz Gonzaga on January 20, 1984, in Taytay, Rizal, Philippines, began her ascent to fame at 13 when she won the Metropop Star Search competition. This was a stepping stone that led to her being cast in a Sprite TV ad in 2001, which became her ticket to fame. Later, she released her eponymous debut album in 2002 and started hosting the long-running variety show Eat Bulaga. In 2005, Toni Gonzaga transitioned to ABS-CBN where she became the face of the Pinoy Big Brother series and the musical variety series ASAP. Her music and acting career progressed simultaneously as she released multiple albums, performed in concerts, and starred in films and TV series. She released albums such as 2007's Falling in Love and 2009's Love Duets, a collaboration with Sam Milby. On September 30, 2011, Toni Gonzaga released a compilation album titled Greatest Hits. This album was a significant milestone in her career, featuring a collection of her most popular songs, including the stirring ballad "Can't Help Myself," written and arranged by Jimmy Antiporda. She continued to produce music in the following years, releasing All Me (2010), Celestine (2014), and My Love Story (2015). Toni Gonzaga's successful career, spanning over two decades, has earned her the title of the "Ultimate Multimedia Superstar" in the Philippines.
