Blood Red Saints
Formed in Manchester in late 2014 by a quartet of British hard rock veterans, Blood Red Saints took their name from an obscure 1920s New York speedway team. Singer Pete Godfrey (In Faith), guitarist Lee Revill (Gary Hughes Band), bassist Rob Naylor (Angels or Kings), and drummer Pete Newdeck (Eden's Curse) quickly got to work in the studio and signed on with prominent Italian label Frontiers Records. Released in the spring of 2015, the band's debut album, Speedway, boasts a strong, melodic metal sound.
