Alisha

Initially Alisha Chinai was hailed as the Babydoll of India. An image change later, she was the Indian Madonna. She made the transition successfully. Alisha adopts a chameleon posture whenever the fashion winds blow. With eyes on the long-term prize, she also has moved into the world of Indian film music. She may be heard alongside S.P. Balasubramanyam, Sadhana Sargam and Anu Malik on Chiranjevi and Juhi Chawala's The Gentleman & Other Hits of '94 (EMI India CDF 1 10051).
