Influenced by the deaths of his father, former bandmate Daniel Roux (Aubert ‘n' Ko), and longtime friend Fred Chichin (Les Rita Mitsouko), Roc' Eclair is the unsurprisingly melancholic seventh studio album from former Téléphone frontman Jean-Louis Aubert. The follow-up to 2005's Ideal Standard pursues a more folk-rock direction than previous releases and includes the single "Demain Sera Parfait."

Betty Davis, The Funk Panther

Without her, there would be no Macy Gray, Erykah Badu, Amy Winehouse or Janelle Monáe! Despite having disappeared from the music scene for years, Betty Davis remains a pioneer of feline soul sisters. The ultimate funk goddess. She also brought electricity to a certain Miles Davis who she would go on to marry, if only for a short while. But who are you Betty?

Sofia Coppola on Air

To celebrate 20 years since the release of her film “The Virgin Suicides”, Qobuz takes a look back at some of the top musical moments from the films of Sofia Coppola, like her collaborations with French duo Air or Thomas Mars from the band Phoenix.

Fleetwood Mac: The Blues Period

Fleetwood Mac led two consecutive lives: a blues-driven outfit from the 1960s led by Peter Green, one of the greatest guitarists of his generation, and another, a pop-rock band that became one of the most acclaimed groups of its era.
