The Colombian instrumental trio Los Pirañas concoct psychedelic exotica cocktails that reimagine the futuristic sounds of South American orchestras from the 1950s to the 1970s in an era of cybernetic manipulation. Los Pirañas, a group made up of musicians from various other bands, brings together guitarist Eblis Alvarez (Meridian Brothers), bassist Mario Galeano (Ondatropica) and percussionist Pedro Ojeda (Romperayo).
