Ce second album des Small Faces (leur premier pour Immediate) est indispensable. Le groupe est en train de changer, il passe plus de temps en studio, s’ouvre à d’autres musiques et à d’autres univers (celui du LSD, entre autre), bénéficie d’une liberté plus grande et étoffe ses arrangements (clavecin, guitare sèche, cuivres sur « All Of Our Yesterdays »). 



La version anglaise originale de 14 titres contient de véritables petites merveilles comme « My Way Of Giving » (repris par les Only Ones et Rod Stewart !) ou « Talk To You ». Mais l’excellente réédition Castle va plus loin et constitue un magnifique CD. Elle ajoute effectivement en bonus les cinq titres sortis à l’époque sur l’édition américaine de l’album (titrée There Are But Four Small Face), dont le fantastique trio de singles : « Here Comes The Nice », « Itchycoo Park » et « Tin Soldier ».
