The Fame est le premier album de la prestigieuse Lady Gaga. Peuplé de titres très dance et de beats electro, il constitue un bon échantillon d'anti-pop festive de haut niveau. Avec une voix forte et un débit modeste, Lady Gaga est à l'aise sur chacune de ses notes, qui s'emboîtent sur des beats spectaculaires. Ses gros tubes "Just Dance" et "Poker Face" se trouvent au début de l'album. Plus on avance dans l'écoute, plus les rythmes ralentissent. Mais ses accroches et son charme glacial concluent l'album de façon satisfaisante. Avec The Fame, Lady Gaga est sur la voie d'une carrière très prometteuse.
