Ce seizième album studio en vingt-cinq ans, Andrea Bocelli a souhaité le dédier à sa famille par des créations dont certaines attendaient leur tour depuis des années. Majoritairement italien, Sì rassemble une douzaine de chansons (deux de plus et quatre versions pour l'édition limitée) et accueille quelques voix connues, venues se prêter à des duos avec l'illustre interprète de « Con Te Partiro » ou « Vivo Per Lei ».
Celle du Britannique Ed Sheeran, se fait douce sur « Amo Soltanto Te », une romance acoustique soulignée par un léger arrangement de cordes et de vents, plus important dans la masse orchestrale de « Ali di Liberta », signé Davide Esposito. Sur « If Only », l'un des titres anglophones, la jeune Dua Lipa donne la réplique avec ce timbre voilé que son partenaire aide à s'envoler dans les aigus, sous des vents majestueux.
Autre invité de marque habitué au grand répertoire américain, Josh Groban entonne en choeur l'une des compositions, « We Will Meet Once Again », dont les couplets sont chantés en italien. Le maître de cérémonie initie également son frère cadet Matteo Bocelli sur « Fall on Me », et livre dans « I Am Here » une version anglaise de « Sono Qui ». En fin d'album, après d'autres mélodies aux harmonies classiques comme « Vertigo » ou « Dormi Dormi », une belle surprise arrive avec la participation de la soprano russe Aida Garifullina, qui illumine « Ave Maria Pietas ». L'ensemble, produit par le Canadien expérimenté Bob Ezrin, se situe dans la suite des oeuvres populaires du chanteur toscan.

Ce seizième album studio en vingt-cinq ans, Andrea Bocelli a souhaité le dédier à sa famille par des créations dont certaines attendaient leur tour depuis des années. Majoritairement italien, Sì rassemble une douzaine de chansons (deux de plus et quatre versions pour l'édition limitée) et accueille quelques voix connues, venues se prêter à des duos avec l'illustre interprète de « Con Te Partiro » ou « Vivo Per Lei ».
Celle du Britannique Ed Sheeran, se fait douce sur « Amo Soltanto Te », une romance acoustique soulignée par un léger arrangement de cordes et de vents, plus important dans la masse orchestrale de « Ali di Liberta », signé Davide Esposito. Sur « If Only », l'un des titres anglophones, la jeune Dua Lipa donne la réplique avec ce timbre voilé que son partenaire aide à s'envoler dans les aigus, sous des vents majestueux.
Autre invité de marque habitué au grand répertoire américain, Josh Groban entonne en choeur l'une des compositions, « We Will Meet Once Again », dont les couplets sont chantés en italien. Le maître de cérémonie initie également son frère cadet Matteo Bocelli sur « Fall on Me », et livre dans « I Am Here » une version anglaise de « Sono Qui ». En fin d'album, après d'autres mélodies aux harmonies classiques comme « Vertigo » ou « Dormi Dormi », une belle surprise arrive avec la participation de la soprano russe Aida Garifullina, qui illumine « Ave Maria Pietas ». L'ensemble, produit par le Canadien expérimenté Bob Ezrin, se situe dans la suite des oeuvres populaires du chanteur toscan.
