Plus de deux ans après le maxi Live at Ancienne Belgique (2019), l'auteur-compositeur-interprète et multi-instrumentiste belge Tamino revient dans les bacs en 2022 avec Sahar, deuxième album studio annoncé par les singles "The First Disciple", "Fascination" puis "You Don't Own Me". Renouvelant sa confiance en Jo Francken et Pieterjan Maertens, producteurs à l'œuvre sur ses enregistrements depuis 2017 et étendant son partenariat avec Colin Greenwood, bassiste de Radiohead déjà présent sur son "Indigo Night" de 2018, le musicien y livre une collection de dix nouveaux titres aux parfums envoûtants, plus dépouillés et contemplatifs encore que par le passé et évoluant en terres musicales aux reflets slowcore et moyen-orientaux. Bénéficiant par ailleurs de la participation d'Angèle sur "Sunflower", Sahar marche dans les pas d'Amir, son prédécesseur de 2018, en décrochant la première place des charts à domicile.
