Moira Dela Torre

Born Moira Rachelle Bustamante Dela Torre (November 4, 1993) in Olongapo, the Filipina singer-songwriter known as Moira Dela Torre has been gaining devout fans in the OPM scene since first unleashing her stirring voice to the public in 2013. Prior to that, she had cut her teeth as a voice artist in commercials, working on jingles and theme songs for McDonald's, among others. After wowing on the first season of The Voice of the Philippines (2013) with her rendition of the Bamboo Mañalac song "Hallelujah," she released her first single, "Love Me Instead," and her self-titled debut EP the following year. In 2016, she added her voice to rom-com soundtracks Camp Sawi and Love You to the Stars and Back and in late 2017 joined the Philippine acoustic group ASAP Jambayan. 2018 saw the arrival of her debut full-length, Malaya, which was a hit on home soil, becoming the best-selling album of 2018 in the Philippines. Almost going full circle, in 2019 she became one of the judges on Idol Philippines. Her second studio album, Patawad, came in 2020 and was certified platinum, while her next LP saw her return to some of her most beloved songs. Released in 2021, Halfway Point (Reimagined), revised hits like “Paubaya” and “Ikaw At Ako,” her duet with husband Jason Marvin. In 2022, she resumed her position as a judge on Idol Philippines.
