On pourrait voir Feels Like Home comme un nouveau "Come Away with Me" si ce n'est qu'il est meilleur. Reprenant judicieusement le modèle élaboré par Norah Jones et le producteur Arif Mardin, l'album inclut le single intime "Sunrise", quelques reprises revisitées, des morceaux originaux intéressants et un standard de jazz remarquable. Tout est bon, car comme son prédécesseur, Feels Like Home est un album doux et sympathique qui porte la voix de Norah Jones, digne d'une Aretha Franklin, sur un bouquet de chansons qui sont aussi élégantes que tranquilles. Tout comme le tube farfelu mais accrocheur "Don't Know Why", elles laissent souvent présager de profondes pensées mais au final, elles ressemblent plus à des rêveries sincères.
