Leftwing : Kody

Leftwing : Kody is the project of Jon Kong and Chris Aidy, blending techno and house sounds for audiences from London to Ibiza. Since their debut the pair has attracted attention from the likes of Mixmag and DJ Mag, as well as from some of the best-regarded names on the techno and house scenes such as Carl Cox, James Zabiela, Maya Jane Coles, Jamie Jones, Steve Lawler, Loco Dice and Adam Beyer.

Both Kong and Aidy learned to work the decks in their mid-teens, but the duo first got together to record in 2012, putting out the single 'Missing' and following it with their debut EP, 'Bump & Flex'.

Soon after the duo launched their label Lost Records, leading with an acclaimed release from Darius Syrossian and building a lineup of artists including wAFF, Josh Butler, Detlef Yousef and Mihalis Safras.

Over the years that have followed, highlights for Leftwing : Kody have included residencies at Fabric in London and Sankeys in Ibiza as well as releases on labels such as Hot Creations, VIVa, Truesoul, Mobilee and Knee Deep In Sound.
