Carl Thiel
An award-winning composer and producer based out of the Lone Star State, Carl Thiel was born and raised in Mexico and spent a considerable amount of time in Canada before relocating to the Southwest music hub of Austin, where he would go on to develop a long working relationship with filmmaker Robert Rodriguez. Exposed to a wealth of musical diversity from a young age, Thiel has proven himself an adept and versatile composer, providing music for commercials, television, and numerous feature films, the latter of which include Kill Bill Vol. 2, Last Man Standing, and Rodriguez' Planet Terror, as well as his popular Spy Kids, Machete, and Sin City films.
