Desde los años 70 Mark Knopfler se ha labrado un nombre como distinguido y muy admirado compositor y guitarrista, primero con su grupo Dire Straits y después como artista en solitario. Este amplio disco reúne gran parte del trabajo más destacado de ambas etapas de la carrera de Knopfler. Con un diestro estilo con la púa acariciando bluegrass, jazz, blues y rock, la guitarra de Knopfler suena como nadie.
