Miss Madeline
A hyper-stylized pop chanteuse in the vein of aughts superstars like Britney Spears and Christina Aquilera, singer Miss Madeline is known for her wry, house-influenced sound. She first garnered buzz in 2020 with several high-energy, bubblegum-sweet singles, including "Attention" featuring Yvie Oddly, before releasing her debut 2021 EP, Picture This.
Hailing from Hoboken, New Jersey, Miss Madeline grew up taking dance lessons while attending school in New York City. As a child, she appeared on Broadway in Billy Elliot before focusing on singing and playing guitar. She spent some time performing rootsy folk and rock in local coffeehouses before enrolling at NYU's Clive Davis Institute. She also studied abroad in Berlin where she became heavily influenced by techno and club culture. Along with headlining several high-profile live shows in New York and L.A., she garnered attention online with a string of clubby 2020 singles, including a remix of her track "Attention" featuring RuPaul's Drag Race Season II winner Yvie Oddly, and "Life Could Be Sweeter" with Ayla D'lyla, before headlining several high-profile shows on both the east and west coasts. All of this led-up to the release of her debut EP, 2021's Picture This.
