Kaylee Bell

Country singer-songwriter Kaylee Bell was born in Waimate, a town on New Zealand's South Island. She began singing at the age of 4 and won the NZ Gold Guitar award when she was just 18 years old. Four years later, she relocated to Australia to try her luck in the country music industry. After winning the prestigious Toyota Star Maker Award in 2013, Kaylee Bell made her official debut with the single "Heartfirst," included in her studio debut of the same name. The LP won Best Country Album at the 2014 New Zealand Music Awards and was followed by a feature on Jared Porter's single "Pieces." In subsequent years, she took the Australian charts by storm with singles like "Getting Closer" (2016), "One More Shot" (2018), "Who I Am" (2018), and "Keith," (2019) a tribute to Keith Urban that reached the top of The Music Network charts. All these singles were later repackaged as The Red EP in 2021. That same year, she released her sophomore effort Silver Linings, which featured guest spots by The McClymonts ("Before I Met You") and Lindsay Ell ("Living Free"). In 2022, she auditioned for The Voice Australia, joining Jessica Mauboy's team, only to be eliminated in the Battle Round. Undeterred, Bell continued to perform, taking home the CMAA for Best Global Country Artist (2023) as well as the Female Artist of the Year award at the Country Music Awards of Australia (2024) after her 2021 EP was certified Gold. Bell's third studio album Nights Like This was released on March 15, 2024, preceded by top 20 singles "Boots 'n All," and "When Summer Rolls Around."
