Jósean Log

Mexican singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Jósean Log was born on April 23, 1988, in Cholula, Puebla. His music can be described as the Latin equivalent of twee pop, drawing elements from folk, rock, blues, and bolero. Influenced by artists like Manu Chao and Jorge Drexler, he began playing percussion at a very young age and later went on to master the violin, piano, and ukelele. After graduating from the renowned Berklee College of Music, he emerged onto the scene in 2016 with the singles "Chachachá (Acústico)," "Parriba," and "La Vida la Vida." Later that year, he made his official debut with the EP Háblate de Mí, which included a new version of "Chachachá" as well as other well-received tracks such as "Beso," "Doma," and "La Luna." In just a few months, the EP accumulated millions of listens on streaming platforms and secured him spots at some of the biggest festivals in the Latin pop scene. This success was followed by the extended plays titled Háblame de Tú (2018), El Futuro No Existe (2019), and El Tiempo Locura Todo (2020). In 2021, Jósean Log collaborated with Chilean musician Vicente Cifuentes on the single "¡Gracias!"
