Violet Saturn

Sibling rockers Violet Saturn employ a versatile blend of big hooks and pop-punk melodies that evoke classic and modern rock. Led by Lauren and Spencer Reed, the band issued their debut single, "Sweetest Life," in 2018 and transitioned from regional faves to mainstream threats with the release of the full-length All the Cool Kids in 2023. Growing up on an audio diet consisting of a wide array of styles, including pop, rock, heavy metal, hip-hop, classical, and country, the Reeds began collaborating while still in grade school. Lauren's powerhouse voice and knack for writing relatable lyrics worked well with multi-instrumentalist Spencer's innate musicality, and before long, the duo was banging out originals at an alarming clip. By 2018, Violet Saturn was operating as a trio with the addition of Nils Schmolka and had released their first single, "Sweetest Life," with "Slither" arriving later that year and "Surprise" appearing in 2019. Two years later, the band inked a deal with Big Machine Records and unleashed their most infectious songs to date, the fist-pumping singalong "Young and Dumb" and the blazing rocker "Say Goodbye." The following year saw the release of "Who Is She?," an earworm-heavy confection about jealousy, and the anthemic "All the Cool Kids." Both cuts appeared on the duo's first long-player, also titled All the Cool Kids, in 2023.
