Nat King Cole had a voice that ran sweet as honey no matter what song he was singing, and he had an easy, swinging piano style to match. He was one of those artists who could sing a due bill and make it work. This set proves the point, featuring several of his signature songs, including "Let's Face the Music and Dance," the classic "Route 66," and "Sweet Lorraine," among many others. It's hard to find a Nat King Cole release or collection that isn't worth the time, and this one is no exception.
